Agent referrals

Agents want to know that the inspector can perform and inspection, provide a balanced report, and to communicate the findings to the home buyers in language they can understand. The inspector’s fiduciary responsibility is to the home buyer, not the agent.
Experienced agents and home inspectors understand that the buyers’ interests are best served by strict adherence to ethical standards.
