We will deliver your report within 12-36 hours after completing the field inspections. We usually email the report in PDF format.

The length of time to deliver a report depends upon the scope of the inspection, the complexity of the property, and the specific findings. The inspection may require consultation with an engineer and other research.

Dan does not provide on-site reports. If you are present during the field inspection, you'll have a good idea of the findings. However, to provide a quality report, we have to go through a research and report writing process.
