"von Luckner's birthday, registration, account"

Dear members, dear friends,

Today it's the birthday of Count von Luckner!

The Halle members will celebrate it in a pub having a meal the Count had on the occasion of his wedding. Please think of us and of the Count and raise your glasses to honour him together with us being virtually but closely connected around the globe within our society.

There are some news too:

  • A few days ago I went to the notary to get our society officially registered. They have sent the form to the local
court, I will keep you informed concerning this procedure.
  • Furthermore, we have an account with a local bank here. So we are now able to collect donations and will  work on getting the tax exempt status.
  • Last but not least, we are proud that we can tell about having 30 members. The can find the list here..

Best regards from Halle.
