Aman, My problem in trying to track down the Don Dennis Court Case is: My understanding isthat Dennis was tried for Fraud in the Victorian County Court in 2002. Cases in this court do not have written law reports as do the Higher Supreme Nad High Courts do. I have phoned the County Court and talked to a person there , in 2002 there was a case against a Don Stephen Dennis in September of 2002, but that was a Civil case, and I would expect a Fraud case to be a Criminal one, on the 11th. of October 2002, a Don Steven Dennis was tried in the County Court for a case involving money, and was sentenced to three years in gaol, plus to repay to a company called Training Edge, a $1,000 per month for a specified time. I have not sighted these judgements myself, just jotted them down from my phone conversation with a Court official. Not being able to track down Dennis' second christian name, I cannot be sure this is our man. The only other avenue open, is to visit a newspaper library, and ascertain if there is a report in the local Melbourne paper the Herald Sun about the date of the 12th. of October 2002, of this case of Don Aman, I should caution you not to assume that our Don Dennis was sentenced to three years in gaol. I wish I could be specific, I have turned over all the stones I could find about Dennis, and looked long and Best wishes, Mac.
