CINS (Council of Intown Neighborhoods and Schools) will begin the school year on September 12 with a noon meeting (Lunch will be $3) at Centennial Place Elementary, 531 Luckie Street NW (just off North Avenue, near Coke headquarters). Each of the CINS principals will address issues
