FOOTBALL PLAYOFF FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 22, 7:30 AT GREATER ATLANTA CHRISTIAN
SCHOOL
We need your support. The Grey Knights Football team will be playing
Friday night at 7:30PM against GACS in Lilburn in the playoff round.
Please join us on the Grady spirit bus leaving 10th Street parking lot at
4:30PM. Advance tickets only for the charter bus are available for $5 from
Ms. Ross in the front office. The purchase of a ticket will also make you
eligible to participate in the raffle to win a DVD player.
This is the first time in several years that the Grey Knights will play in
the playoffs, so please come and cheer them on to victory. Bring your milk
jugs with pennies inside to make a noise. Tell your students about this
opportunity.

--Be a Knight Rider - the Booster Club is sponsoring a charter bus for the
play-off show-down against Greater Atlanta Christian - $5.00 gets you a
ride on the Knight Rider's Spirit bus and a raffle ticket donated by the
SGA for DVD player, CD's and gift certificates - come support your Grey
Knights !! Move GAC - Get out the way!!
--We need students and parents to come after school on Thursday to make
Spirit Shakers to rock the GAC stadium -- bring clean milk jugs, or any
plastic container with a handle and pennies. We want to take over their
stadium - We ain't scared!!
--Caravan to GAC - immediately after school the Boosters will have car
markers for students driving to GAC to decorate their cars - or you can do
yours at home before you come to school - show your spirit as we Caravan
to GAC.
--Beat the traffic on Friday - leave Grady early and support Coach Reed's
tailgate party at GAC - Coach Reed will provide hot sandwiches, snacks and
drinks as a fundraiser for the Junior-Senior Prom!!
DIRECTIONS TO GACS
--From Atlanta - take I-85 North to Exit 101 (Indian Trail/Lilburn Road).
Exit and turn right. GACS is located 1/2 mile on the right at the
intersection of Oakbrook Parkway and Indian Trail Road. From the northeast
- take I-85 South to Exit 101 (Indian Trail/Lilburn Road). Exit and turn
left. GACS is located 3/4 mile on the right at the intersection of
Oakbrook Parkway and Indian Trail Road.

The Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) is sponsoring a
fundraiser
for the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. We have collection
containers in each homeroom. If anyone would like to support St. Jude with
a
donation, please make the check payable to St. Jude and send the check to
Grady by your child or by mail to Grady High, 929 Charles Allen Dr.,
Atl.30309. If mailed please make it to the attention of Mrs. Ukah (HOSA
advisor). Your support is appreciated. Thank you.
Hi Terry - sorry I didn't get this to you before the Gram went out -
the
football play-off game is scheduled for Friday, Nov, 22 vs. Greater Atl.
Christian at their field at 7:30. Crim forfeiting their games
really messed us up - we were in a tie with Blessed Trinity and would have
been in second place alone after last night's win, but the forfeiture gave
BT another win that gave them second place. It would be great if you
could send out a special gram so that people know about the game - we
really need a lot of Grady fans to come to the game - we are probably
going to get a
"real" bus for this game for the students - more later - Thanks
